Translink

TransLink is Metro Vancouver's regional transportation authority responsible for regional transit, cycling and commuting options as well as Intelligent Transportation System programs.

Challenge:

Translink was about to introduce the Compass transit pass to the public and wanted to train bus drivers how to best deal with customer questions.

Process:

We worked with the client to create HTML5 based animations and video that allowed learners to work through informational screens, interactive scenarios, drag and drop exercises, and learner assessment tools. Original characters were created that were in line with typical staff and public within the Translink system.
