Metrolinx

Metrolinx, an agency of the Government of Ontario, is an integrated transportation system coordinating and integrating of all modes of transportation in the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Areas of Ontario.

Challenge:

Metrolinx was about to introduce the new UP Express route, taking public transportation to the next level when travelling from Union Pacific Station to the Pearson International Airport. They needed an eLearning training program to teach staff on how to interact with travellers.

Process:

We worked with the client to create characters that mirrored the new UP Express uniforms and typical staff personnel in environments in which they'd find themselves on the job. HTML5 based animations and video walked learners through informational screens, interactive scenarios, drag and drop exercises, and learner assessment tools. Original characters were created that were in line with typical staff and public within the transit system.
