Challenge 1 - Interactive video training:
To create interactive training that focussed on video shot from a 3-day training course allowing learners to see both the video and the PowerPoint content at the same time. It was also important to allow users to choose their path through the video.
Process:
Shot and edited 3 days of live training and created an interactive video streaming environment that allowed learners to jump to various chapters within the video and see the appropriate point in the PowerPoint presentations.
Challenge 2 - Interactive Flash-based Training:
To create an 8-part training course that taught nurses about Delirium, Dementia, Falls, Psychosis and more.
Process:
Worked with several nurse practitioners to create interactive training that allowed learners to learn about the challenges of working with geriatic patients. Training includes 3D animations, video, interactive Flash based scenarios, and tests to assess learning outcomes.
